Mr Sanjay Parida is a B.E. (Mechanical) from University College of Engineering, Burla and PGDM (Finance) from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He started his career with Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, RINL as an Engineer. He began his Finance Career in year 2000 with I – Maritime Consultancy, focusing on Financial Advisory & Management Consulting in Ports & Shipping industry. He acted as Finance Advisor for Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Mumbai. He also worked for CRISIL in Financial Research & Industry Research domain. He served ICICI Bank and IL& FS Ltd. in the areas of Infrastructure Finance & Project Finance. He worked for 12 years in Axis Bank focusing on Corporate banking services to the Mid Corporate & Large Corporate Segment.
Manoj Das
Mr Manoj Das is a B.E. (Mechanical) from University College of Engineering, Burla and PGDEM from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Starting his career with Tata Refractories Ltd, he worked for several Manufacturing companies like Bhusan Steel & Strips Ltd, Ispat Industries & Moser Baer. He served as the Regional Head for M -Junction Services Ltd, a JV between SAIL and Tata Steel. He has also founded Inventon Ltd; which focuses on Banks” Stressed Asset Resolution & Sales.
Sishir Behera
Mr Sishir Behera is a B.E. (Electronics & Telecommunication) from University College of Engineering, Burla and MBA (Finance) from Vinod Gupta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology, Khargapur. He started his professional career with National Thermal Corporation Ltd (NTPC) as an Engineer. He served in SBI Capital Markets for approximately 10 years. He has worked extensively on Project Structuring, Debt Syndication, Equity Arrangement, Investment Advisory and Corporate Debt Restructuring. He played a key role in Resolution efforts for Stressed assets of SBI with a focus on top 100 accounts.
Sandip Poddar
Mr Sandip Poddar is a B.Com (Hons.) and MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, BHU. He brings over 2 decades of experience in the areas of Corporate Finance /Investment Banking, VC/PE , Structured Finance , Investment Research and valuation. Mr Sandip has built up the Equities and Credit support centre for UBS India Service Centre , set up the entire back office for Doric Capital ( a long short fund based out of HK). He played a principal role in growth stage investments in Silverline , Logix Microsystems, Compudyne Winfosystems, Telephoto Entertainment, Western Outdoor Media. He also led the service delivery for Research & Analytics at Sutherland Global Services. Mr Sandip has full life cycle exposure of PE in the TMT sector. He is also the Co-Founder and Partner of The Venture Affair – a technology startup advisory firm serving in the areas of idea validation, industry research and benchmarking.

Mr Syed Abdi has graduated from Directorate of Marine Engineering Training in 1978 and
rose to
the ranks
of Chief Engineer quickly. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineers (India). He is currently a
Member of Confederation of Indian Industry - National Committee on Shipping & Shipbuilding.
Mr Sayed Abdi comes with 40 years of unique expertise in Marine, Offshore, Financial Restructuring,
Resolution, Mergers & Acquisition and general management of group of shipyards in the Asian region. He has
held positions of Managing Director & CEO in various shipyards like: ABG Shipyard Ltd, Mumbai, and
Executive Director at Dry-docks World – Dubai, Executive Director at Dry-docks World – Singapore and
Executive Director at Dry-docks World – South East Asia, for three shipyards in Batam – Indonesia. He has
also acted as a domain expert and advisor to the international Consultants (Mckinsey, Deloitte, Alix
Partners), leading international law firms, and banks, for the restructuring of group of companies and
various Marine and Offshore projects.
Anil Rao
Mr Anil Rao has graduated from MERI (Marine Engineering & Research Institute). He is a
Former
Member ABS
Technical Committee – Asia Pacific and also BV National Technical Committee. He comes with four decades of
experience in Maritime Industry , both in India as well as overseas. Among many achievements to his
credit,
he set up ship management operations of an Indo-Norwegian JV for a fleet of tankers including obtaining
SMS
and ISO certification. He was involved as Chief Engineer for conversion of Suezmax OBO to a FSO with oil
metering loading and discharging skid.
As Director and CEO, He led a ship building company based in Goa building construction vessel, suction
dredger, tug, crane, accommodation vessels and many other crafts. He has also spearheaded a ship repair
company with a floating dock and workshop based in a minor port in Maharashtra, India.

Mr Sanjay Satpathy is a B.E. (Electrical) from University College of Engineering, Burla and PGDM from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He brings in 18 years of Equity Experience across sectors. He started his career in Equity Research with First Global followed by HSBC and ABN AMRO. He brought out the best insights in Equity markets, while working as a Senior Analyst for Bank of America – Merrill Lynch for long time and he was adjudged the Best stock Picker by Starmine. He is currently a Partner at Ampersand Capital, which specializes in emerging market equity investment.
Sachin Ghosalkar
Mr Sachin Ghosalkar is a Chemistry Graduate from Mumbai University and he has spent a long time in Cipla after working for a brief time in IRB Infrastructure in 90s. He was a Senior Director in Cipla managing South Africa Region & India Domestic in Supply Chain Management area. As a multi-skilled professional, he brings to table over 25 years of chronicled success in Supply Chain Management, Cost Estimation, Warehouse Operations and Team Management for providing strategic leadership in multifunctional roles across the Globe. He is quite adept at developing cost-effective alternatives for various operations and devising procurement strategies for Pharmaceutical and Chemical companies.
Pabitra Mohan Mohapatra
Mr Pabitra Mohan Mohapatra is a Chartered Accountant, with an experience of more than 35 years in the field of Finance & Administration. He was in capacity of Financial Advisor and Chief Accounts Officer in Jawaharlal Nehru port Trust (JNPT) and later served as Deputy Chairman and Acting Chairman in Mormugao Port Trust. He has overseen a lot of Investment activities both on BOT basis and self financing basis during his stint in JNPT. He also served as President (Finance & Administration) of Dighi port Ltd, a joint Sector Initiative of Maharashtra Govt. and Balaji Infra Projects Ltd. He also acted as the Chief Financial Officer of Indira Container Terminal Pvt. Limited, a joint venture initiative between Gammon Group, Mumbai and Dragadoss SPL, Spain for 4 years.
Captain Biswajit Chakravarty
Captain Biswajit Chakravarty graduated in Nautical Science from T.S. Rajendra. He has 44 years of successful experience in Shipping, Port, Container Terminals, Supply Chain Domain. He has Captained the Ocean going vessels. He has worked with the Kandla Port Trust (KPT) as Harbour Master. He has been involved in the Strategic Management levels in Container Liner trade, Bulk ships, Ship agency, Freight Forwarding business for Air and Sea shipments. He has headed the largest private sector Container Freight Station (CFS) situated at JNPT, the biggest Container Port in India. He has also managed the development and operation of MMLP (Multimodal Logistics Park) consisting of Free Trade and Warehousing Zone (SEZ). Corporate Segment.

Mr Partha Das is a B.E. (Mechanical) from University College of Engineering, Burla and MBA

Birla
Institute of Technology, Ranchi. He has over 34 years of rich & in-depth experience in Cost Estimation,
Financial Analysis & Feasibility Studies, Due Diligence & Asset Valuation Studies and other management
advisory services handling a broad spectrum of activities across core Industrial & Infrastructure sectors
namely Mines, Steel, Power, Port, Rail, Road, etc.
He has worked with MECON Ltd and ESSAR Projects for long time. He is proficient in all aspects of project
formulation of greenfield & brownfield projects inter-alia including identification of new business
opportunities, technology & process route selection, site selection studies, techno economic feasibility
studies, life cycle costing, risk analysis to identify critical factors to assess the degree of
vulnerability of projects to such critical factors, coordination with Govt. agencies, financial
institutions, LIEs, statutory authorities, legal experts and other stake holders, etc. to facilitate
financial closures, project funding & implementation.

Mr Pranatharthi Subramanian is M.Sc. (Statistics) from Presidency College, Madras and Ph.
D. in
Business
Management from Belford University, USA. He is a versatile professional with rich experience of 30+ years in
decisive leadership, strategic planning and Materials Management in Steel Industry. He has worked
extensively in the areas of Supply Chain Management including Contracts Management, Hiring of Helicopters,
ships , MBCs & barges, Logistics, Jetty Management, Capital Equipment Purchasing, cost reduction by
development projects, Vendor discovery, alternative supply source, Vendor Registration, skillful negotiation
& Inventory Management during his stints in Rourkela Steel Plant under SAIL and ISPAT Industries Ltd.
He has proven expertise in devising systems, processes and methodologies for delivering Quality, Design,
development & implementation of SOPs in business processes. He is recognised for his practice of various
concepts like EVA, TPM, Six Sigma and Knowledge Manager in different projects; especially in project
management of large projects – Rs. 900 crores Pellet Plant of 4.5 MTPA capacity at Vizag & Rs. 550 crores
Cokeovens of 1mtpa capacity at Dolvi, Mumbai.
